Constant Angler

Constant Angler is state/ federally licensed and insured. Captains are coastguard licensed.  We are family owned/ operated and every client is treated like family.

Our goal is to provide our client/s with the most enjoyable and rewarding fishing experiences.  We will go to great lengths to help you achieve any your angling goals.  Your safety and enjoyment is our top priority.

Charters are mostly based out of Charlestown RI. (between Point Judith & Watch Hill, due north of Block island) most trips depart from the Charlestown breach-way aboard a 2007  22' contender center console "blue runner".  All top quality rods, tackle and bait is provided at no additional charge.

We offer a variety of trips from 1-4 people, 4-16 hour targeting striped bass, albacore, bonito,fluke, flounder, bluefish, totaug, tuna and sharks  using a variety of method's from fly tackle to light conventional gear.  Custom multi day trips with food and accommodations avail. 

Many of the fish we target are highly migratory species, so if there is a specific species or manner in which you would like to catch them (such as stripers feeding on shad or albies on the fly) please contact us so we can better accommodate your needs.
